Business talks tied in with sampling of Chiba's farm/fishery products Time & date: 12:00-12:30 (*), November 16 Place: Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay Details: Chiba Prefecture, one of Japan's leading farm and fishery producers, promotes such products by serving dishes made with Chiba ingredients, including fresh sweet potatoes and alfonsino. The meeting is expected to lead to full-scale business negotiations involving representatives of dozens of companies from both Chiba and Singapore. 2. Event to promote Chiba foods Time & date: 14:25-14:50 (*), November 17 Place: Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay Details: Chiba Prefecture will host an event for local media to experience the attractiveness of Chiba's foods by sampling original dishes prepared by Singapore chef Petrina Loh (**) with ingredients from Chiba.
