Corporation (TOKYO:6502) today
announced that its wireless power receiver IC, “TC7766WBG” has been certified
as Qi[1] v1.2 EPP (Extended Power Profile) compliant by the
Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). TC7766WBG is the only 15W Qi certified
receiver IC in the industry[2].
TC7766WBG also has the smallest package[2] of any Qi v1.2 compliant one-chip receiver, which contributes to the easy realization of compact Qi v1.2 receiver systems. In addition, by accessing the TC7766WBG registers via I2C interface[3], the TC7766WBG provides the flexible control and system design.
