Realizes industry’s
leading-class low dropout voltage
TOKYO, Dec 5 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE) -- Toshiba Corporation’s (TOKYO:6502) Storage & Electronic Devices Solutions Company today announced the launch of a 1.3A output current CMOS LDO regulator, TCR13AGADJ, for use in the power supplies of mobile devices, housed in the industry’s leading-class[1] small package. In the WCSP6F package, the new regulator measures just 0.8mm x 1.2mm, t: 0.33mm (max). Shipments start from today.
