$13.50 PER SHARE FOR COHERUS COMMON STOCK

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 (Bernama) -- Coherus BioSciences, Inc. has priced its initial public offering of 6,296,300 shares of its common stock at a public offering of $13.50 (RM44) per share, before underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated expenses.
