Neil Chatfield and Wendy Murdock will be appointed non-executive directors pending successful completion of acquisition of Recall by Iron Mountain

 

SYDNEY, Sept 29 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE) -- Recall Holdings Limited (ASX: REC), a global leader in document storage, digital information solutions, data protection and secure destruction services, announced today that Neil Chatfield and Wendy Murdock, currently serving as Recall non-executive directors, will be appointed as non-executive directors to the Board of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) (“Iron Mountain”), pending the successful completion of the acquisition of Recall by Iron Mountain.
